Supplier Operations Coordinator — LATAM Remote

Super apps, fintechs and ride-hailing platforms integrate with us once and serve their users anywhere in the world. We don’t compete with them — we power them. We’re looking for someone to keep our Latin American fleet partners running well. What you’ll do You’ll own a portfolio of 20–40 ground transport partners in your market — taxi fleets, transfer companies, local operators. Day to day that means:
• Being their main point of contact, and sorting out problems when they come up
• Watching the numbers that matter: acceptance rate, on-time performance, cancellations, complaints
• Chasing the suppliers who slip, documenting it, and escalating when it doesn’t improve
• Finding and onboarding new fleet operators — licences, insurance, vehicle data, rate sheets
• Spotting capacity gaps before they turn into service failures, especially around holidays and events




• Keeping records clean and sending a weekly performance update to the Director of Supplier Operations What we need
• 2–4 years coordinating suppliers, vendors, reservations, dispatch or travel operations
• You’ve dealt with external suppliers directly — not only internal teams
• You’re comfortable in a spreadsheet: filters, pivot tables, and the instinct to notice a number that looks wrong
• Spanish native or fluent, English B2 — you’ll read and write in English every day
• You work well on your own, remotely, across LATAM time zones Helps, but not required Background in ground transport, transfers, ride-hailing, tourism, a travel agency or a DMC. What this role is not It isn’t account management and it isn’t sales. If a supplier’s cancellation rate doubles, that’s yours to chase — not yours to report and wait.
