Quiñónez Agency is looking for a reliable, organized, and persistent Sales Development Representative to help generate qualified insurance sales opportunities for our U.
S.-based sales team. This role focuses on contacting leads, following up with prospects, re-engaging previous quotes, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments. You will help keep the sales pipeline organized so licensed producers can focus on advising clients and closing business. Compensation range is a proposed recruiting range and should be finalized based on experience and the approved compensation plan. • Contact new leads and follow up with existing prospects.
• Re-engage previous quotes, winbacks, and qualified customer opportunities.
• Ask discovery questions and identify potential insurance needs.
• Schedule appointments and qualified conversations for licensed producers.
• Maintain accurate notes, contact records, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Track daily activity, contact rates, appointments, and qualified opportunities.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures.
• Attend daily team meetings and communicate pipeline updates. Requirements
• Excellent spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Clear phone communication and professional writing skills.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and online business tools.
• Previous sales, appointment-setting, or call-center experience preferred.
