Schedule: Hard Start 10/28/2026 at 8:00 AM / 4 hours Location Carretera Teotitlan KM2, 70420 Teotitlán del Valle, Oax., Mexico Scope of Work We require an experienced H&F; (Hands & Feet) Engineer to provide urgent onsite support for a critical site outage. The site is currently completely down, and immediate onsite assistance is required to help with troubleshooting and physical verification. Required Activities:
• Arrive onsite at the scheduled time and coordinate with the remote support team via phone or bridge call.
• Provide console access to the network equipment as instructed by the remote engineering team.
• Perform a physical inspection of all Access Points (APs) at the site.
• Verify the physical status of each Access Point, including power, cabling, connectivity, and visible LED indicators.
• Check the relevant network equipment, cables, and connections as directed by the remote team.
• Assist the remote engineering team with basic troubleshooting and follow their instructions.
• Capture and share photos of the equipment, connections, and Access Point status, where permitted.
• Report any physical damage, disconnected cables, power issues, or other abnormalities identified during the inspection.
• Provide regular updates to the remote team and confirm the status of all completed checks before leaving the site. Required Skills & Tools
• Experience with onsite IT infrastructure and network support.
• Familiarity with console access and network equipment troubleshooting.
• Laptop with console access software.
• Console cable compatible with the onsite network equipment.
• USB-to-serial adapter, if required.
• Mobile phone with a reliable internet connection or hotspot.
• Basic tools for physical inspection.
