JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to read pressure gauges Ability to work overtime and shift work as required Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper Good vision required for safe operation of forklift Standing up to 12 hours daily Walking up to 12 hours daily Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily Assist where and when needed as required Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided Assist with OJT (On Job Training) employees as needed Travel less than 10% Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operates Finishing equipment Use measuring equipment Must be a certified forklift operator Use Saws and Hand tools Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision Utilize safe work habits Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures Other duties as assigned Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent Three years of verifiable work history Ability to read, write and speak English preferred BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Dependability/Attendance Problem Solving/Judgement Thoroughness TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
