As a Senior II Data Scientist, you will lead the development of innovative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems. You will work closely with product managers, domain experts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions while contributing directly to software development and continuous innovation.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects (leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows),



from problem definition and experimentation through deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor, evaluate and optimize AI system performance using metrics, user feedback, and experimentation frameworks.
Contribute directly to software development as an individual contributor.
Design and implement scalable AI solution architectures, including data ingestion, retrieval, generation, and evaluation components.
Support the continuous improvement of AI systems through experimentation, testing, and performance analysis.
2 to 5 years of experience in Data Scientist or similar roles.
~ Ability to design and explain end-to-end AI solution architectures, including data ingestion, retrieval, generation, and evaluation components.
~ Strong proficiency in Python, modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Google ADK), cloud-based development, and software engineering best practices for production of AI systems.
~ Ability to evaluate AI system performance and diagnose issues related to answer quality, retrieval, hallucinations, or model behavior.
~ Strong communication skills in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences.
