Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, leading technical discussions and providing trusted technical guidance.
- Partner with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and operational excellence.
- Lead deployment activities across all environments, ensuring release readiness and adherence to deployment best practices.
- Monitor application performance, proactively identify issues, and drive incident resolution to minimize business impact.
- Support and maintain CMS platforms, including Drupal, Ektron, and UpperStrata, ensuring stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
- Identify technical risks, recommend solutions,



and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience in web application development, technical leadership, and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and a solid understanding of Scala applications.
- Experience working with Drupal, Ektron, and/or UpperStrata CMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Proven experience in production support, application monitoring, incident management, and release management.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, QA processes, and enterprise-scale web applications.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex, distributed environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
