Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and enforce EHS Management System policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure completion of assigned EHS projects
- Oversee plant security and surveillance services, including loss prevention programs for physical and building security
- Administer the Continental Visitors Control System and Suppliers Control System; orient foreign visitors and employees on security protocols and travel advisories
- Promote security guidelines and provide assistance to visitors throughout their facility visits
- Establish and maintain documentation to protect against unauthorized technology transfer and safeguard confidential information (sales, IT, HR)
- Ensure compliance with TISAX Management System requirements related to physical security onsite

Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree in engineering or administrative and proof on expertise in security subjects

Experience 3 years in security field, public security (policy forces, army, desirable)

3 years of experience in industry

English intermediate

Knowledge and experience in CTPAT, OEA.
