Position: HR Analyst ? Payroll Focus

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (required).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration.

Objective: Ensure proper payroll administration and compliance with legal requirements, maintaining accurate employee information and supporting payroll processes.

Requirements:

Advanced English.

Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.

Experience managing payroll incidents and employee data.

Main Responsibilities:

Support administrative processes within the HR department, with a focus on payroll.

Capture and control employee payroll incidents.

Manage IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.

Review and follow up on payroll documentation.

Prepare administrative reports.

Provide support to employees on payroll-related matters.
