S.-based vocational training company specializing in professional certifications, hands-on training, and business education for the commercial cleaning industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager based in Mexico to join our growing marketing team and work closely with our Marketing Lead. Our goal is to significantly improve our organic visibility on Google, rank for high-value industry keywords, generate more qualified leads, and reduce our long-term dependence on paid search advertising. We need someone who understands SEO beyond the basics and can independently identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement improvements that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify high-value ranking opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawling, sitemaps, site architecture, and website performance.
• Optimize existing website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content for search engines.
• Develop content strategies targeting relevant industry keywords and commercial search intent.
• Implement effective internal linking and ethical link-building strategies.




• Improve website visibility in traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms (SEO/AEO).
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, and other SEO tools to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Lead to establish priorities, execute SEO projects, and track progress.
• Prepare clear reports outlining completed work, SEO performance, and recommendations. Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with 7+ years preferred.
• Proven success improving organic rankings and generating measurable organic traffic growth.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and keyword optimization.
• Experience working with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Google's ranking principles, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
• Experience developing content strategies for competitive keywords.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• English communication skills are required. Perfect fluency is not necessary, but candidates must be able to participate in meetings and communicate with our team.
• Must be based in Mexico.




• Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience optimizing Shopify or WordPress websites.
• Knowledge of AI search optimization (AEO/GEO).
• Experience working with U.
S.-based businesses or targeting American audiences.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation.
• Experience with educational websites, online courses, or service-based businesses. What We're Looking For We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use SEO tools or write blog articles. We want a proactive, results-driven SEO professional who can recognize opportunities, solve technical challenges, and help us compete for valuable Google search rankings. You will work closely with our existing Marketing Lead while taking ownership of assigned SEO initiatives.
