We're currently partnering with a global technology company seeking an experienced lawyer to support its commercial contracting activities across the LATAM region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, partnering closely with business, legal, finance, and compliance teams to drive complex agreements to completion.

Duration: 6-12 months, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across LATAM.
- Support the launch and negotiation of public sector and commercial contracts.
- Partner with legal, finance, compliance, and business teams throughout the contracting process.
- Advise stakeholders on contracting procedures, legal requirements, and contract risks.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and support contract negotiations through execution.
- Identify issues proactively and provide practical,



business-oriented solutions.

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Mexico.
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
- Experience working in-house or in private practice supporting commercial transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with public sector contracting in LATAM is a plus.
