- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid experience in welding processes, including MIG/MAG, TIG/GTAW, and spot or resistance welding.
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and structural assembly operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and AWS specifications.
- Experience supervising large production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or equivalent.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (70–80% minimum).
- Supervise and coordinate production teams of 30 to 50+ employees, including welders, assemblers, machine operators, and line leaders.
- Ensure compliance with production plans, daily output targets, and established delivery schedules.
- Monitor welding and assembly operations to achieve productivity, quality, and efficiency objectives.
- Coordinate production flow, material availability, work-in-process (WIP), and external processing activities.
- Monitor scrap, rework, downtime, and production performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, welding specifications, and engineering requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
