Happen Ventures LLC is seeking a highly organized operations role to own the weekly scorecard and quarterly Rocks for our remote team of 40+ across sales, operations, finance and tech. You will ensure every person and team reports numbers on time, follows through, and that data issues are spotted early.
This is an organization-wide role, not HR. You will build trackers and dashboards, manage meetings, and work with developers to automate reports and reminders using AI.
