Education
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Degree completed.
Experience
5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership positions.
Objective
Coordinate and ensure the proper operation of manufacturing processes, personnel, and production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
Advanced English.
Valid visa and passport.
Own transportation to commute to the plant.
Experience in manufacturing processes and production floor operations.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise manufacturing processes.
Manage operational and administrative personnel.
Monitor production processes and productivity.
Coordinate activities with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Planning, and Logistics.
Manage resources and budgets.
Prepare executive reports.
Solve problems and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Knowledge
Intermediate to advanced Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
IATF 16949.
Manufacturing processes and production floor management.
Skills
Leadership and team coordination.
Problemsolving.
Data analysis and decisionmaking.
Conflict management.
Effective communication.
Organization and followup on priorities.
Schedule
Monday to Friday.
