About the Role
We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and customeroriented VIP Manager to build strong relationships with VIP clients and provide them with personalized support. The idóneo candidate enjoys working with people, understands customer needs, and can deliver a highquality client experience through both chat and phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized support to VIP clients via chat and phone calls.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Handle objections, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Present product features, benefits, and bonuses according to each clients interests.
Monitor client interactions and provide timely reports.
Requirements
Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher clear and confident communication is essential.
Good command of English for professional communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customeroriented mindset.
Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Customer service, sales, retention, or account management experience is highly desirable.
Experience working with Argentine customers is an advantage.
Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation 730 USD base salary.
Performance bonus Up to 40 of the base salary after successfully completing the threemonth probation period.
Paid vacation 28 days.
