Cosmetic Company in expansion with more than 40 years in the Mexican market, is looking for:

CATEGORY BRAND MANAGER

As category brand manager you will support the development of projects and marketing activities to help maximize the company profits and brand strength such as launches and product improvements, communication campaigns, analysis for the detection of opportunities and category strategies, sales objectives fulfillment, units, profit margin, inventories, supply and follow up on local projects

EDUCATION:

Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Administration or related discipline (Indispensable degree)

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3-5 years´ experience as makeup or skincare brand manager.





- 1.- Administrative activities within the category aligned with the established strategies by our senior management.
- 2.- Analysis, evaluation and collection for decision making.
- 3.- Market analysis for new product development.
- 4.- Elaborate and execute new product launch and/or product redesign
- 5.- Analyze trends and competition

KNOWLEDGE:

Makeup/Skincare market, category administration, new product launches

OTHER:

- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Intercultural competence and international orientation
- Strategic and analytical thinking, results orientation, leadership, teamwork, innovation
