- Leading Quality organization to achieve business objectives following efficiency standards using
development of competences, sustaining creativity and flexibility, keeping quality employees motivatedImplementation of the HELLA Quality Management System according to the requirements of the relevant
QM norms
- Fulfillment of customer-specific requirements based on the Hella Quality Management System to preserve
long-term competitiveness nationally and internationally
- Train the employees to ensure qualifications
- Quality improvement plan
- Responsible to develop, maintain and pursuit continues improvement plans (e.g. budget, quality targets)
- Audits
- Plan and supervise internal and external systems, process and product audits according to HELLA Quality
- Management standards and manage deviations by taking corrective actions
- Product quality
- plans according to “Zero Defects” requirement
- Designer of the HF / Process Designer (PDE):
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Optimize the Customer Complaints level, leading Customer communication according with Corporate
Quality Management, to achieve the best Customer Satisfaction
- Responsible to decide actions to stop production and delivery for customer in case of defect products are
identified
- Quality in the Time-to-Market process .
