SME Product Engineering is a combination of a technical expert of processes, programs, and systems in one or multiple functional areas and a change manager with a focus on a change management team to improve current business systems or/and processes. SME Product Engineering will lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments, must train the Site´s employees about CM (ECN, MCN, PCN), and conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM Procedure and improve the site CM processes. Through the standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects, SME Product Engineering ensures the stakeholders effectively and efficiently execute the change management process.

Requires Engineering Bachelors degree or equivalent; Experience in SME Product Engineering I position; 5-8 years of working experience in change management or related field; 10 or more years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with SAP experience; Must have experience working with product specifications and customer documentation. Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
