JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the oversight of the site’s Occupational Health and Preventive Health programs. Conducting pre-employment baseline medical evaluations and periodic medical examinations for SEG employees and job candidates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide medical services to Jabil employees.
- Refer employees to hospital if necessary.
- Take care of employee's health protection.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and workplace medical surveillance.
- Proven ability to assess the compatibility between employees’ or candidates’ health conditions and the health risks associated with specific job positions.
- Strong expertise in managing and processing IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute)



forms related to occupational injury and work-related risk claims.
- Strong knowledge of ergonomic assessment methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of incident investigation methodologies. Knowledge of waste reduction principles and practices in accordance with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong and convincing communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Must hold current doctor license.
- Medical College degree or above.
- Preferably have 2 years experience as a Company clinic doctor.
