Cooper Standard seeks a Plant Process Engineer to lead manufacturing processes for new products and customer programs. You will define processes, analyze flow and equipment needs, and drive efficiency and scrap reduction across the plant.
You will collaborate with engineering, program management, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches, PFMEA, and continuous improvement. On-site role with ISO and Lean knowledge preferred.
