This role will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, redesigning workflows, promoting automation, and leading cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, project management expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business areas

Key Responsabilites:

- Lead the mapping, documentation, analysis, and redesign of end-to-end processes across the organization.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, redundancies, and opportunities to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving operational transformation, process automation, and technological improvements.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance and project effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, policies, process maps, and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate action plans resulting from audits, operational findings, and strategic initiatives.
- Promote a data-driven culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Previous Experience:





- At least 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement, operational transformation, or process automation projects.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong background in KPI and SLA development, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, leasing, or service-oriented industries is preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings and prepare executive presentations.
