We are looking for a Communication Lead (Loyalty & Growth) to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is adecuado for an individual with strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills who will support the growth and communication strategy for Aeroméxico Rewards, driving member acquisition, engagement, redemption, and retention through lifecycle marketing and CRM. The role will also identify growth opportunities, support strategic marketing plans, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to strengthen program performance, member value, and customer lifetime value.

Educational requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.





Experience:

- Experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement, retention, or growth marketing.

Skills to succeed:

- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder and project management.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
