The Cost Management Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of cost management and control activities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial information, driving cost-saving initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial costs, inventories, and fixed assets to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Review and validate cost variances against budgets, projections, and inventory records.
- Investigate and explain discrepancies in costs, inventory, and asset depreciation.
- Coordinate CAPEX control and monitoring activities.
- Prepare reports and analyses for management decision-making.
- Maintain inventory valuation accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to cost management and financial controls.

Required Qualifications

- University degree required.
