Job Responsibilities

1. Take full charge of daily management of the Irapuato pre-positioned warehouse, including receiving and dispatching complete machines and agricultural spare parts, regular stocktaking, stock record reconciliation, monitoring spare parts turnover and slow-moving inventory, to ensure safe and orderly warehouse operation. This is the core priority of this position.
2. Coordinate the overall after-sales technical service for LOVOL tractors, harvesters and farm implements across Mexico. Handle breakdown reports, technical inquiries and quality complaints from distributors and end farmers, formulate repair plans and follow up until cases are closed.
3. Manage warranty claims, warranty judgment and defective part recovery. Submit failure reports and case feedback to the technical team in China in accordance with factory standards.
4. Provide technical training and service supervision for service teams of authorized distributors, standardize repair procedures, and improve distributors’ service capability and end-customer satisfaction.
5. Forecast spare parts demand, analyze consumption data, submit restocking plans to China headquarters to guarantee continuous supply of repair parts.
6. Provide on-site field service support: be available for frequent business trips across states in Mexico to carry out machine commissioning,



emergency repair and technical guidance at distributor outlets and farm fields.
7. Build after-sales service files, track service KPIs (first-time fix rate, response time, customer satisfaction), and submit regular service reports to China headquarters.
8. Liaise with the factory in China and local Mexican distributors to coordinate and resolve issues related to after-sales service, spare parts and logistics.

Requirements
1. Major in mechanics or agricultural machinery or related fields.

Experience in after-sales repair and service management for tractors and harvesters, with solid knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines and transmission systems of agricultural machinery.

2. Fluent in Spanish to communicate independently with farmers and distributors; good English proficiency for smooth communication with the Chinese headquarters team.
3. Experience in warehouse and spare parts inventory management, familiar with stocktaking and stock in & out records.
4. Accept frequent cross-state business trips within Mexico and on-site field service at farms.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, capable of problem-solving and complaint negotiation, honest and reliable.
6. Prior experience with LOVOL, John Deere, New Holland, Massey Ferguson or similar agricultural brands is preferred.
