Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Technician to support the daily operations and maintenance of Hytera communication systems. In this role, you will focus on three core areas: delivering technical support and customer inquiries resolution, performing hardware/software maintenance and repairs, and conducting user training on products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Inquiry Resolution

- Serve as the main technical contact to answer customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Provide prompt, clear, and effective troubleshooting support via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Maintain accurate service logs and document customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Maintenance & Repair

- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on communication hardware and devices.
- Install, configure, and update software/firmware on dispatch systems and enterprise software platforms.
- Manage service orders and ensure repaired equipment meets quality and operational standards.

Technical Training & Product Demonstration

- Conduct hands-on technical training for clients and partners on product operations and software usage.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and quick-reference documentation.
- Assist with technical product demonstrations for prospective clients and user groups.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on knowledge or relevant experience in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical customer service.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions for users.
