Join our team as Manager, Global Network Operations and play a key role in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient network services across offices, distribution centers, data centers, retail stores, showrooms, and cloud environments worldwide.

What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a global Network Operations team
- Drive incident, request, change, and problem management processes
- Coordinate major incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation management
- Support network refreshes, migrations, cloud connectivity initiatives, and lifecycle management activities
- Advance an automation-first and AI-enabled support model
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs, reporting,



and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Network Engineering, or Enterprise IT Operations
- 3+ years of people leadership or technical team leadership experience
- Strong expertise in:
- LAN / WAN
- Wireless Networks
- SD-WAN
- VPN
- DNS
- DHCP
- Firewalls

- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of network monitoring, operational analytics, automation, and scripting
