? Global Account Manager | Banking & Strategic Accounts

Are you passionate about managing strategic global customers, driving business growth, and building executive-level relationships across multiple regions?

At Diebold Nixdorf, we are looking for a Global Account Manager to lead and grow strategic banking relationships across Mexico, Europe, and other international markets. This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing complex commercial engagements, and acting as a trusted advisor to some of the world's leading financial institutions.

? What You'll Do:

✅ Develop and execute strategic account plans for key integral customers

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders

✅ Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and account expansion

✅ Identify opportunities across software, services, payments, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives

✅ Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and business reviews

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Services, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

✅ Monitor account performance, customer health, profitability, and growth opportunities

✅ Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer relationships across multiple geographies

? What We're Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Customer Management

✔️ Experience managing enterprise-level customers and complex stakeholder environments

✔️ Proven ability to grow existing accounts and build long-term client relationships

✔️ Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and consultative selling skills

✔️ Experience working with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders

✔️ Advanced English communication skills

✔️ Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, Payments, Software, or Managed Services environments is highly valued
