Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience

- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations preferred.
- Experience leading HR teams across multiple locations and countries.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and organizational development.
- Experience leading organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders.
