Responsabilidades

Has the main responsibility to prepares the training and development plan and ensure its implementation to contribute to the achievement of the organization’s objectives. Ensures the integration of new staff to the position and the organization, supports the improvement in work environment initiatives, administrative services as well compliance NOM 035, communication in site and diversity and inclusion program.

- Performs the detection of plant training needs among generating the Annual Training Plan and ensure its execution.
- Attend Quality, Safety, CTPAT and NEEC Audits
- Contribute to the integration of the new staff to the organization
- Ensure the training of unionized personnel according to the authorized manning, and budget.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the operation departments.
- Works closely with middle management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Works with leaders to review and update job descriptions.
- Regularly audits data in HRIS to ensure accuracy.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to middle management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with middle management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requisitios

Knowledge – Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including training, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, strategic plans, records administration performance, Personnel Training, Development System, Development and Materials Communication System, Quality Systems (ISO 9001, 14001)

Education - Bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial engineering or related.

Experience +3 years of experience in human resources process, LR Training and development in companies.

Skills - Verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail, team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
