The Impact You'll Make

As our Production Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily production operations and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment.

Your impact? Through process documentation, data collection, time studies, and support of Lean manufacturing activities, you'll contribute to improving efficiency, standardizing processes, and enhancing productivity across the production area.

You’ll collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams while taking ownership of process support activities and improvement projects, helping us move toward a more efficient and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support daily production activities and assist the production team in operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure standardized work methods.
- Support the purchase and tracking of production consumables required by the area.
- Participate in Danfoss Business System (DBS) continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Standard Work initiatives.
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably from the 5th semester onward.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge ofMicrosoft Office; familiarity with SAP and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Conversational English skills preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment and support cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
