Job Description
We are looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst to support network and server infrastructure monitoring, troubleshoot technical incidents, and help maintain system availability and operational continuity.

The idóneo candidate has experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments, network troubleshooting, infrastructure support, or server monitoring. We are open to candidates with stronger experience in either networking or server infrastructure, provided they have a solid technical foundation and are willing to support both areas.

Responsibilities

Monitor network and server infrastructure to identify alerts, incidents, and potential service disruptions.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, infrastructure, and system performance issues.

Monitor server health, including CPU, memory, disk usage, and service availability.

Investigate incidents, document findings, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.

Support incident management processes and follow established procedures and SLAs.

Collaborate with technical teams to maintain service availability and operational stability.

Requirements

Experience in NOC operations, network monitoring, infrastructure support, server administration, or a similar technical role.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

Familiarity with Windows Server and virtualization technologies such as VMware.

Basic knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, or similar platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with incident management tools and ticketing systems.

Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments.

Must currently reside in Panama.

Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and off-hours, as required by a 24/7 operation.
