Summary of Position:LawRank Mexico is looking for a motivated student who wants to begin and develop a career in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, administrative follow-up, and office operations while gaining hands-on exposure to different HR processes in a collaborative environment.Position Responsibilities:Support job postings, initial resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-upAssist with the preparation and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activitiesOrganize and update employee files, forms, databases, trackers, and internal recordsFollow up on documentation, signatures, invoices, receipts, and administrative requestsAssist with recurring reports and the collection of information for HR vendorsSupport office purchases, vendor follow-up, and Office Management activitiesHelp organize internal events, employee celebrations, and special HR projectsOther duties as required by managementRequirementsPosition Requirements:Education: Currently enrolled in the final or second-to-last semester of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Human Development, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience: Previous professional experience is not requiredSkills:
