We are looking for accounting professionals to support tax preparation activities and assist customers with their tax-related needs. This opportunity is idóneo for candidates with a background in accounting, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing their knowledge of U.S. taxation.

What You’ll Do

- Communicate via video, phone, and chat with customers to request information and clarify questions.

- Review and organize financial information and supporting documents.

- Assist with preparing and reviewing individual tax returns.

- Identify missing information and discrepancies, following up as needed.

- Maintain accurate records and use spreadsheets and specialized software.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, completed or in progress.





- 6 months to 2 years of accounting experience; internships and recent graduates are welcome.

- Fluent in conversational English, with the ability to communicate with English-speaking customers. Proficiency will be evaluated through a live call assessment.Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Willingness to learn U.S. tax preparation procedures and work with specialized software.
