At CCSI (Call Center Services International), we're looking for motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Mexico City.

You'll work in a fast-paced sales environment where your communication skills, persistence, and ability to close sales can directly impact your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.

- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations of products and services over the phone.

- Identify customer needs, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- - Build rapport with prospective customers through active listening and effective communication.

Requirements

- Advanced English proficiency and excellent verbal communication skills.

- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or high-volume sales environments.





- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and sales-closing abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

- - Ability to maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems.

- Experience in automotive finance, car dealership sales, or financial services is a plus, but not required.

Benefits

- Base Salary: $5,000 MXN per week.
