Job Description

Tutsi is looking for an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Manager to ensure the reliability, security, support, and continuous improvement of technology used in manufacturing operations. This position will coordinate IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and external vendors to maintain reliable production systems, secure infrastructure, and effective integration with enterprise business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead support for plant-floor technology, including industrial PCs, HMIs, MES, production monitoring, barcode/RF devices, labeling systems, industrial printers, and production data collection equipment.

Coordinate technology incidents, establish escalation procedures, and prioritize issues based on safety, production, quality, and business impact.

Coordinate OT infrastructure support, including industrial networks, plant Wi-Fi, network segmentation, servers, virtual machines, backups, and secure remote access.

Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement security controls, vulnerability management, access management, and OT/IT network segmentation.

Support manufacturing systems integration, operational data analysis, WMS, workforce management, and transportation technology.

Manage technology vendors, technical evaluations, support agreements, projects,



and performance.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, standardize technology, solve technical problems, and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

7+ years of experience supporting technology in manufacturing environments.

3+ years of leadership, supervisory, technical lead, or project management experience.

Experience supporting business-critical production systems.

Strong knowledge of networking, Windows-based systems, industrial computing, and systems integration.

Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, and vendor management skills.

Advanced English proficiency is essential.

Professional fluency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MES, SCADA, PLC-connected systems, industrial networking, OPC/OPC UA, barcode/RF technology, labeling systems, ERP integration, Oracle EBS, Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity, and OT network segmentation. Experience in food, confectionery, consumer goods, or process manufacturing is a plus.
