REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Extensive experience in English academic leadership and program management.
* Proven experience teaching and managing groups at the preschool and elementary school levels.
* TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) certification.
* Excellent English proficiency.
* Strong leadership, team management, and teacher development skills.
* Experience supervising teachers, planning curricula, and monitoring academic performance.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* A strong commitment to bilingual education and academic excellence.
