Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own a portfolio of parks and ensure ongoing success with our all-in-one booking and park-management platform.
You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments and availability, run check-ins and training, and help operators grow usage as their business expands.
You’ll write follow-up notes, keep CRM records up to date, spot at-risk accounts, and share feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
