Key Responsibilities
Enter and update patient data across CRM and internal platforms
Review and transcribe medical prescriptions, imaging orders, and reports
Communicate with patients, providers, and legal teams via phone and email
Organize files using Excel, Word, PDFs, and Google Maps
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Basic proficiency in Excel , Word, and PDF tools
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation
Excellent communication skills
Organized, discreet, and proactive
Nice to Have
Previous experience with CRMs or in healthcare/administrative roles
US healthcare experience
