Operations Manager - 3PL Warehousing

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution within a large-scale 3PL warehouse operation of approximately 30,000 m², ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for a 3PL customer account , ensuring performance across safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Lead and develop Supervisors and operational teams ,



maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor and ensuring effective execution of daily plans.
- Monitor operational KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve customer and business targets.
- Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity, labor allocation, and capacity planning according to daily operational requirements and volume fluctuations.
- Partner closely with the customer to understand operational priorities, manage expectations, and ensure timely resolution of service issues and operational exceptions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, process efficiency, and cost optimization .
- Support workforce planning and ensure resources are effectively allocated according to volumes, capacity, and operational priorities.
- Translate performance data and customer requirements into clear operational actions and improvement plans .
- Support the effective management of a large-scale and complex warehouse operation , ensuring consistency and operational discipline across processes and teams.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and complex warehouse operations , ideally within facilities of significant size and high operational volume.




- Hands‑on experience managing customer accounts within apparel, fashion, or footwear environments.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, productivity, workforce planning, and capacity management.
- Experience leading Supervisors and large frontline operational teams in fast‑paced warehouse environments.
- Strong customer management skills, with experience interacting directly with 3PL customers and managing operational KPIs and SLAs .
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn operational data into actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to balance day‑to‑day operational execution with a strategic and continuous improvement mindset .
- Intermediate to advanced English.
