Help Clients Plan Their Dream Vacations, Work Fully Remote with Flexible Hours We're looking for a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements and keep client trips organized from start to finish. You'll handle research, bookings, itinerary management, and client communication in a fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.

What You'll Do Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation
Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations
Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups
Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information
Keep client records accurate and up to date
Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests




What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
