ResortCom International seeks a motivated bilingual Customer Service Agent in Guadalajara, Mexico.
This is an onsite role with a mix of inbound and outbound campaigns (Customer Service, Sales, Activations, Reservations, and Collections).
The position offers a monthly salary of MXN 20,**,000 plus a monthly bonus and standard benefits.
Work includes 8-hour shifts, both day and mixed shifts, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on workload.
