We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Mexico.
The role will act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic business partner to the Country Manager, Mexico Finance Country Lead, and Regional Finance VP.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Budget, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Variance Analysis .
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Work directly with Corporate Finance teams across Emerging Markets .
Lead and develop a team.
Partner with Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive business performance.
Profile
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
Strong experience in Tax .
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry .
Strong analytical and business-partnering skills.
Proven experience leading teams.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution .
Advanced English required.
