Join a growing healthcare business as a Bilingual Patient Acquisition & Appointment Setter Healthcare Sales, where your communication and sales skills will help connect patients with the care they need. In this remote role, youll engage with prospective patients in both Spanish and English, build trust, address concerns, and turn inquiries into confirmed appointments. Youll take ownership of the patient journey from initial contact to appointment confirmation, using consultative selling, timely follow-ups, and CRM tools to improve conversion rates and reduce no-shows. Schedule

- Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pacific Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Build rapport, handle objections, and explain clinical and financial details comfortably in both Spanish and English.
- Turn leads into booked, kept appointments using outbound sales, appointment setting, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Work inbound leads within minutes and run structured follow-up across phone, SMS, and email for cold, warm, and lost leads.
- Handle high-rejection outreach and address concerns about cost, insurance, time, and trust using consultative, trust-first selling.
- Gather correct information during lead qualification and document it accurately.
- Execute show-rate ownership through confirmation workflows, reminders, and deposit/commitment structures to reduce no-shows.
- Maintain clean records and utilize CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar), including pipelines, tags, notes, and automated sequences.
- Manage daily activity and conversion targets independently in a remote work environment.
- Clearly explain the patient journey (at-home sleep test diagnosis, treatment options such as an oral appliance or CPAP).




- Handle patient information with care and maintain HIPAA awareness.

Requirements

- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
- 3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, or patient acquisition experience with a track record of turning leads into booked, kept appointments.
- Speed-to-lead discipline across phone, SMS, and email.
- Strong objection handling and rigorous lead qualification skills.
- Show-rate ownership experience.
- CRM proficiency with GoHighLevel or similar tools.
- Self-managed remote work capability with accountability to daily activity and conversion targets.

Qualifications

- Preferred: Healthcare or medical practice sales experience in areas like aesthetics, med spa, wellness, dental, or telehealth, converting inquiries into paying patients.
- Preferred: Insurance and benefits fluency (verifying coverage, explaining out-of-pocket costs, out-of-network benefits, HSA/FSA, or financing options such as Cherry or CareCredit).
- Preferred: Culturally aware communication.
