DNV Business Assurance is growing the team in Mexico City to support colleagues across the United States and Canada.

What You'll Do
Issuing invoices for a customer portfolio under Oracle platform systemsFollow-up of the invoicing status in line with DNV invoicing model and local processesHandling subcontractors/training invoices, opening internal budgets and other invoicing related activities as applicableResponding to customer queriesAssist the Invoicing Manager in reporting invoicing issuesAssist the Invoicing Manager in the monthly closing for the WIP and Revenue recognition activitiesClose collaboration with the finance teams of the business area and of the DNV Group in and out of EuropeClose collaboration with the local PM and the Sales TeamsKeeping high data quality in the internal CRM database and in the accounting systemGeneral internal and external administrative taskWhat
