What You'll Do New Opportunity Review: Validation
Knowledge of Fixtures: Must be explicitly listed on their CV / Sustaining Engineering (standardized procedures to prevent errors)
Process Improvement: Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing / 6S / Kaizen
Direct Production Support: Hands-on guidance (e.g., proper tool usage, part validation)
Engineering Change Management: Proven experience with ECOs / ECNs (Engineering Change Orders / Notifications)
Who We're looking for +2 years of experience in similar roles, within manufacturing environments.
Advanced English skills (Conversational and written).
Experience with Assembly Draws interpretation.
Experience in manufacturing process.
Work Arrangement Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate $31,575.00 - $45,833.33 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
