Position: HR - Sales Compensation Associate

What You'll Be Doing: Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.
Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.
Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
Manage Workday reports.
What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in related area
Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required; all applications must be submitted in English).




Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, problem solving skills, analytical skills.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$19,991.67 - $23,500.00 MXN Monthly Vigente compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
