Key Responsibilities Tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.
Interact with customers.
Generate aging / statement of account reports in a timely manner (Monthly, weekly, depending on customer's and/or internal requirements).
Identify address and action escalation accordingly to ensure prompt resolution to invoice payment issues.
Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for customers (direct contact information, portal usage, invoice submission processes, terms, addresses, billing requirements, etc.).
Assigned task as needed (phone calls and admin task)
