Outlier invites software engineers across Latin America to join a remote QA coder program that trains AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and rating responses. You will write clear CS questions, provide structured feedback, and help improve model accuracy and instruction following.
Eligible applicants have a CS degree, production-code experience, strong English, and meticulous attention to detail. Pay is up to $34/hr with additional incentives; work remotely from anywhere in LatAm.
