Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of chemical process engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote work environment.
Oversee the design, development,



and implementation of new chemical processes and modifications to existing ones.
Ensure all process designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines for process engineering initiatives.
Conduct in-depth process analyses, including feasibility studies, economic evaluations, and risk assessments.
Utilize advanced process simulation software to model and optimize plant operations.
Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, and other departments to integrate new technologies and improve product quality.
Establish and maintain best practices for process safety management (PSM), including HAZOP studies.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
Represent the process engineering department in technical reviews and client interactions.
Requirements Master's or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with at least
