Atomic Hr is hiring a hands-on marketing generalist for a founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX. The role focuses on building growth channels within strict UK-only and non-paid-ad limits, using AI tools to automate processes and connect systems.
You’ll work directly with the two founders, running email/SMS retention, retailer outreach, and partnerships while developing an autonomous growth engine. This is remote-friendly with CT overlap.
