Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and client needs.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budget.





Manage and mentor virtual project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.

Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across distributed teams and international clients.

Oversee the successful implementation and migration of cloud solutions.

Track project progress, deliver timely reports, and present key findings to senior leadership.

Champion best practices in cloud architecture, security, and operations.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.

Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMP or cloud-specific project management certifications are highly valued.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines in a remote environment.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote capacity.

Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
